About Us
Since 1985, Hollywood Vaults has been the entertainment industry's haven for its most prized creative artifacts, offering climate-controlled, disaster-proof preservation built for cinema's greatest achievements.
Our original facility was born to give film, media, and irreplaceable assets a home engineered to outlast time itself. As demand for archival preservation soared, we expanded by adding 33% more vault space, new unit types, and secure off-street parking. We later opened a second facility down the street, featuring large private walk-in vault rooms for clients needing space and discretion at scale.
Across our two facilities on Seward Street, we offer a range of environments tailored to what you store. From cold, dry, exceptionally stable conditions ideal for film, tape, and data, to moderate climates suited to art, documents, and delicate materials. Halon-based fire suppression and rigorous security protect every unit.
Today, Hollywood Vaults is the preferred preservation partner for Los Angeles' elite, including Grammy, Oscar, and Tony winners and stars of the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
