Chris Alchemy Consulting is a full-service consulting agency built for businesses who want to grow without adding headcount.

We install the systems that most offices are missing: AI and CRM infrastructure, lead generation, marketing, and sales team coaching — all under one roof. Our clients come to us with the same two problems. They need more leads, and they need a system that doesn't waste the ones they already have. We fix both.

Our work is built on the Alchemy Sales Engine™ — AI, automation, and performance psychology working together. AI handles the tedious side of the business: follow-up texts and emails, long-term nurture, appointment booking, document and condition checklists. Co-Founder and CEO Chris Karageuzian brings 24 years across real estate, banking, lending, fintech, and AI. He co-founded Help With My Loan, an AI-powered lending platform that matched borrowers to lenders and automated the underwriting front end, and exited the company in a seven-figure acquisition in 2025.

He's built sales teams, turned around underperforming branches, and knows the operator's day from the inside — which is why our systems are designed around how businesses actually run, not how software companies think they should.
